For instance, I would like to focus on the achievement gap of the transition from high school to the workforce. 
The high school experience does not provide enough support to prepare students to enter into the working community. 

As I went through the high school post-graduate opportunities, information and events focused mainly on college and the military. This led students whom desired to enter the workforce to work harder and had less of a vision and plan upon completing high school. Administrators-Maintain a positive relationship with local business, ensure that workshops and class are available for students to support skill development.
 
School Counselors- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure the program is effective.

-Create a list of collaborating companies and trade schools that matches the results of the surveys

-Advertise interest and plan to community companies

Taking Action
-Schedule workshops and courses for students to attend
- Conduct mock interviews and resume building opportunities
-Host job fairs and informational sessions for students 
-Keep track of students' application submission and interviews 
-Ensure that all students in the program has secured placement for employment by their graduation date.
