Keep - The Senior centres (connected with them since 2022)
Improve -  Connect with the centre manager to determine the recommended activities to work with the elderly.
Start - Confirm the centre earlier so that the teachers can recee the elderly to find the needs before the programme is planned for the visit. Introduce the VIA speaker to share about the task in Term 1 to get the pupils with their planning process. Can the teachers who has experienced the VIA in the centres include some recommended resources so that the new teachers in the level (new) know the possible pitfalls working with elderly. Eg : The roles that each student can take up, especially dialect eloquent ones can connect with them. Work with centre manager to get to know the elderly profile prior to the centre.
