It is a program for childhood such as elementary school or Kindergarten in Incheon, Seoul, Geonggi to make right awareness to disabilities.
•The number of industrial accidents involving the operation, maintenance and construction of Incheon International Airport in 2012 ~ 2016 is expected to be 5 in 2012, 11 in 2013, 14 in 2014, 24 in 2015 And 35 cases last year. However, despite the fact that there have been more than one accident per month for the past five years, only 14 cases of safety education have been conducted during the same period.
•Employment should be guaranteed for disability people.
Because disability people suffer from economic difficulties.
However, in society, the grading system for disability people and perception of the people that they can't work  become a barrier to them. Therefore, we need to develop jobs in accordance with consumer's needs and abilities.
