1. During the last sprint, we were unable to share the jigsaw puzzle in a way that automatically link to the required jigsaw. We thought it was a limitation. However, during the review I noticed that one of the team members managed to put in the link directly to the desired jigsaw puzzle.

2. It affected my understanding of how the work is to be done and an immediate change is required,

3. I was surprised and happy to actually notice it and I could find the team member who did it correctly for the country I am reviewing.

4. The use of Kanban has allowed me to find out who found the improvement to make the product more user-friendly and we were able to implement the change across to other team members quickly.

5. This has led to a greater understanding of the use of task/accountability board in my work. I will pay more attention to the work by my colleagues to see if there is any learning that I can bring back.

What happened?
1. Time management - an important part of the sprints. There is never enough time, so prioritising is important.
How do i feel?
2. Happy - teamwork is an integral part of a successful project
What was one fundamental shift in my understanding and appreciation of agile?
3. Most people think that the waterfall approach is more structured - but in reality, a good agile project demands more focus with a much stricter time constraint.
How do I see myself applying what I have learned?
4. My everyday work would definitely apply concepts of agile, such as the kanban board, or prioritisation that the product owner does.

1. WHAT HAPPENED?
A new way of how to manage stakeholder requirements from time to time

2. WHAT AFFECTED ME?
Trained to be more changes and accept changes even at last min

3. HOW DO I FEEL?
It was unease at first, but as we move along, I am much more familiar with agile process and able to adapt to it

4. WHAT WAS ONE FUNDAMENTAL SHIFT IN MY UNDERSTANDING & APPRECIATION OF AGILE?
Agile is more of a mindset than a rigid step by step process as compare to other project management skills

5. HOW DO I SEE MYSELF APPLYING WHAT I HAVE LEARNED?
Starting on Monday, share the principle of agile and do sharing session with team mates.

1. Had many ideas flying around and could not decide which to work with. Ideas get shut down due to time constraint.
2. Could do with more positive encouragement to the less vocal ones to speak up as they really add-value to the team.
3. Pleasantly surprised with a team-mate working quietly on the sprint backlog task and came up with a great padlet which got us excited and gives us more new ideas for the next sprint.
4. Communication and Teamwork is vital. Kanban Board is something that I will apply in my work.
5. 4Rs - Remember, Review, Relate and Reflect
