  • Advisors need to see if the ETP is approve in SAP? Consistency

  • I feel like a social worker and case manager.

  • MySECO website is not used often to assist spouses navigating on site to  access the resources. It is mostly used for LinkedIn Premium, MyICP, Resume Builder, MSEP,  Career Coaching Packages, Onward to Opportunity, Scholarship Finder, it is helpful for advisor to use to show spouses the resources
  • Scholarship Finder is not useful for spouses.
  • Most of the information is for career coaches. Coach-centered portal.
  • No focus on the advisor job.
