After watching the video, what do you think the purpose of this challenge is? Why do you think employers ask their employees to do it?
After doing the challenge and watching the video, what would you do differently if we did this again later this semester?

Ezra- I will do it the same why because mine team had a good tower and it didn’t get to a oh-oh moment it was a tada moment and how we came up with it is by look at other people explains and took some of there ideas and made it sum what better and as far as the team we worked together on making it by one person was cutting the tape and the other person was Handing the spaghetti thing and someone else was attaching them together.

We just so worked together and we did have an idea yet we were just trying to put the spaghetti sticks together and taping them together and it didn’t work so we just gave up but one of our teammates came up with a new idea to use the string and trying to tap it down to the decks and when we add the marshmallow on top it bended and did work. And why I think the creator made the marshmallow challenge I think it’s because he was to see how other people can communicate and work in a group of four can plan and communicating under 18 minutes I think. - Josephine Mabamba

Roles developed by trying to figure out the base of the tower and trying to stabilize it. Cutting tape and trying to put in on while one party holds it down. Participating was kind of akward the moment we doing a strategy everyone helped . This challenge is about building trust and confinement in one another. What would do differently is brainstorm a strategy faster

Mohamed - After doing the challenge and watching the video what I would do differently is make prototypes or models first before completing the actual thing. In the video it talks about how engineers, architects, and kindergartners created prototypes before finishing up the actual project. I’d do the same since it worked for them so it might work for me.

Kevin question 2:in our group the reason we couldn’t manage to make a good tower is because we all had different ideas and we all wanted to make a different designs and by the time we all started to work on one design it was to late ,if we did it again I feel like we would do good.

We had to work together, at first we worked individually but eventually we worked together to bring the marshmallow up
Everyone in the group was included, there coulda been some changes that we coulda said but we discussed but we failed
I wanted to do it straight up and make a structure that makes it stand but we had other thoughts
After watching the video I think it’s a more of a calborative game instead of just a competition
Work as a team, test if the build stands up before doing the full project

Muhammad- Roles was same for all of us and we have equal to shared idea to work and try.All was do and we discussed And try to work on that idea and everyone put effort and perform. Our design was develop good and we talk about how to build and what type of structure should work best and it didn’t not work as we think . I think so they can work together as team and communicate well and show they skills. I think we put more effort and try to make it best and we will devolp the structure.

Our group emphasized on group communication- we needed to know what to know our design and also needed to know not that many people needed to be touching it because it would fall apart but it did but we kept on sticking it back together.

Leadership dynamics mana ,ysal, and me showed a lot of leadership and collaboration, innovation and problem solving strategy.

After watching the video I would have had more fun then focusing on the design so much

From me and my group we did have a person that just became the leader of my group. There was some people that didn’t put as much effort into to the challenge but over all we all worked together. For my group we just went into it, we didn’t really have a plan, we just said thing’s and if everyone agreed we did it. After watching the video I think that Purpose of this challenges is to of new ideas with the people around you. I feel like employers ask their employees to do this to see if they can work in a group with people they haven’t met. After doing the challenge and watching the video I think I would make a plan before going into it. -Angela Martinez

I think what makes a group is when they’re doing the work and helping each other out and no body is js playing around and everyone acc cares about the work. -Angie

mostly only two of us doing all the work.
yes there was decision making and talked out a plan.
we talked about having more support and making it taller and adding a string to hold it down from where it would hang.
i think the purpose of the challenge was too see how you think and how you work together. i think the employers ask their employees to do this too see how they work in a group and who actually puts hands in the challenge.
i would change how we work together and make up a plan to make it stronger and taller and to add my support or more tape on the bottom.

In my group only two of us worked on the tower the other were just watching. With the tower we were trying to make a strong base so from there we can go as high as we could . I was taping and trying to figure out how we could keep the top strong so it won’t tip over and Ricardo was holding the tower and telling where I should tape and we also tried to use the string to hold the top but it didn’t so our tower kept falling . We could have gotten a taller tower but the marshmallow was to heavy for our tower we couldn’t make it stronger .

1- The roles in my group were equal to everyone because we were all trying to make the tower with the spaghetti.

2- My participation in the group it was normal, I helped to build the tower and put the tape on.

3- Our design developed not really good because it fell down, and we didn’t talk too much, we only did the work.

4- I think that the purpose of this challenge is to work everyone in team and think well about what move we are going to do.

5- After doing the challenge and watching the video, what I would do differently it is to make a smaller but stronger tower, and have fun, not do it just because of win, like the kindergartens.

Working alone, I took on all roles

Decision-making happened internally, considering multiple perspectives.

My design developed through self-reflection and research.

After watching the video, I believe the challenge aims to foster teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

If I were to do this again, I'd seek opportunities to collaborate with others to gain team experience.

The youngest one in our group started building the sticks while the second person helped with the marshmallow.we were making decisions if to make the structure a bit bigger or to add more tape. One of us created an idea and two others built it, we talked about how to make it stand up and how to prevent it from falling. I think the purpose of this challenge is to test one’s mind and for people to communicate better with one another and so we can grow skills. If we got to build the structure again I would try to at least make the structure look a bit decent and taller. It was an easy thing after all and it wasn’t hard we got along and understood each other which was the good part. It was fun to do a group work together without arguing nor stressing.

So I’m the leader and my partner help me out we work as a group,

4) I think the purpose of the challenge is made the people know how work in a team of the best way possible and think together for the project.

The employers make the employees do this for see how they work in a group, where you hace to listen the voice of your partners to advance.

my team worked hard and we try to create the largest tower in the classroom by using the tables and by creating a base at the bottom and trying to build it up all the way to the top. i was the leader in my group i tried helping my team and telling them what to do so they know how to build it.some people in my group just sat down and didn’t want to help us with our work. we learned how to design it by watching other people and watching videos.

One of my friends gives the idea and me and my other friend construct it. We make decisions, first one give the idea and the rest of us approved or not . We talk about how we can make it taller and design how we thought was the smartest way. I think the purpose of the challenge was help us to communicate better and design our own ideas. I would like to be more communicative and think in more than 1 idea. All we do in the challenge try to do it better and better. This challenge helps all of us to improve ourselves.

I tried my best to build it but the marshmallow got too heavy and it didn’t work I didn’t have enough stick though, after I watched the video it gave me a lot ideas way to build the marshmallow tower, we have to prototype or plan before we build it and got to have a team work.

Feranado was bing the leader of our group. The roles developed on their own. The participants were good we all did our parts. We broke our tower because it wasn’t working out. Everybody did their part nobody did not do anything. Even though we had a leadership and we tried our hardest, it didn’t go as we wanted to go. How to build a tower with pasta marshmallow tape and a yarn. The purpose of the challenge is, to learn how to Cooperate and work together. They do that because they need experience. Pay more attention bc we put our marshmallow on the bottom not top.
