The National Assemble is definitely something that significantly impacted the French Revolution. It was formed by the third estate. After the king wouldn’t give them any more power, they created their own group, the Nationat Assembly. After it was created, they would meet on a regular basis. This group generally contained wealthy commoners.
https://bit.ly/2T6ESvv

The Tennis Court Oath was an oath that was taken in the beginning of the French Revolution. It showed that people believed that political power came from the people and not the monarchy. The oath stated that the people of the third estate wouldn’t separate and would come back together when needed until the constitution was established. In fact all but one of the members of the third estate took this oath. This one person was Joseph Martin-Dauch, who only took orders from the king.
https://bit.ly/2VgfHnD

The Fall of the Bastille was an event where a mob essentially attacked the prison. It was attacked by Paris. This event was said to be the beginning of the French Revolution. By the time the initial battle was over, the people from Parris freed the prisoners and took the governor against his will.

Once they decided they needed to draft a declaration of rights, the leaders of the National Assembly still had the task of writing one that most would accept. They debated on different things on how the document should be. Should it be short and limited on certain things? Or long and explain the importance of every article? These were some of the things that the National Assemble wnt through before writing this declaration.
https://bit.ly/2XneblQ

This is labeled as the time after the Forst French Republic was made. There were many things that influenced this, such as enlightenment ideas, threats of foreign invasion, etc. This was a time where the government would decide to “terror” those saw as enemies of the revolution. Following this, there are many many many executions in Paris. During this terror, the CPS (committee of public safety), executed dictorial control over the French Government. This was not a very pleasant time for many people back then.
https://bit.ly/2XlBJHx
