i don't know? i just assume photoshop files have the highest because it is own file that you can import to the program itself and wasn't made for other programs
because you converted the shapes into a frame, which makes them be somewhat transparent until you layered a picture into the frame, making the photo be the framed shape. the b/w background isn't affect because it isnt in a framed shape
I don't know, would've made that woman holding a portrait be a lot faster. and cooler pictures.

Blues is a distinct genre and in relation with Jazz. I think this font fits blues more than Jazz because Blues stem from old timey era of music with unique creativity from African Americans at the time, often with a southern feeling.
