To set us up for success, our LS Connected Learning team will need to ensure we established a shared understanding of mutual committments we are making to this team and each other. You will know that you’ve established a trusting and at times, vulnerable relationship when a colleague can reveal that they are struggling with a particular challenge and trust that you can support them while not worrying that you are judging evaluating them.
