first is effort, effort class is how hard we try when we do something. Sometimes, we try very hard, and that's like going fast, and other times, we don't try so hard, and that's like going slow.

:Next is slow and fast imagine a snail moving slowly and a cheetah running very fast. Slow is when things move like a snail, and fast is when they move like a cheetah

Lastly class is free and bound Movements, free movements class are when you can move any way you want, like dancing around without any restrictions and Bound movements class are when you have to follow rules or be careful, like walking in a line at school. Knowing when to use free or bound movements is important for staying safe and having fun. So, effort helps us decide if we want to go slow or fast, heavy or light, and choose between free and bound movements depending on what we're doing. It's like a secret code to help us do things the right way
