         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The country you have chosen and why?</strong></div><div>I have chosen the country North Korea because it has a totally different system/ideology than in The Netherlands or The USA, which makes it a really interesting country.</div><div><strong>What kind of political system does this country have?</strong></div><div>North Korea is build on a official state philosophy, Juche. The Juche theory is the belief that through self-reliance a strong independent state, true socialism can be achieved.</div><div>The constitution defines North Korea as ‘’a dictatorship of people’s democracy’’ under the leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK),&nbsp; which is given legal supremacy over the other political parties.</div>]]></description>

Is it a democracy or a dictatorship?</strong></div><div>Kim Jung-un is the third supreme leader in the Kim dynasty, founded by his grandfather Kim il-Sung, the country’s leader at the time of its establishment.</div><div>North Korea is a Dictatorship. </div><div><strong>Do the people in this country have freedom of speech?</strong></div><div>Human rights in North Korea are severely limited.</div><div>There is no de facto right to free speech, and only radio, television, music and news providers are deemed legal are those operated by the government. <br><strong>What are the main differences between these countries and The Netherlands?</strong></div><div>The main differences are that here in The Netherlands and in The USA we have freedom of speech and can vote who we want in the government, while in North Korea freedom of speech is very limited and the government basically controls/deceives everything.</div>]]></description>

Every 4 years they will vote for a new President. If the current President is chosen again he will get another 4 years. The max years that 1 President can get is 8 years.<br><strong>Who is in charge of this country? Is it a democracy or a dictatorship?</strong></div><div>President Donald Trump is in charge of the country. He was chosen by the people by use of democracy.</div>]]></description>
