Join us for an overview workshop on the Business Administration Scale (BAS) for Family Child Care Owner/Operators, where you will gain a clear understanding of BAS items and quality indicators, and learn how to administer the assessment consistently and reliably. This session will also explore how the BAS can be used as a self-assessment tool to support meaningful program improvement.

Following the workshop, participants will be invited to continue their learning through a six-session Community of Practice (CoP). These sessions will offer valuable opportunities to collaborate with peers, engage with subject matter experts, and access practical resources and strategies to enhance and build your practices within your family child care program.

Following each webinar, participants will be invited to a ninety-minute virtual small group session called “Collaborative Conversations: Follow-up to Inclusion Webinars and Support on Inclusion”. These sessions are designed to facilitate conversations with others in similar roles to discuss specific areas of interest or concern in relation to supporting inclusion and will be facilitated by a Beginning Together trainer who can provide technical assistance, additional information, and resources.

• Pre-registration is required. **Space is limited. When we reach registration capacity a WAITLIST will open. Payment must be received within ONE week of registration to reserve your space. 

• T-Shirts are available for purchase. A link to the t-shirt ordering page will be emailed to you along with your conference registration confirmation. 

• There will be no pre-selecting of breakout sessions. We will email all registered participants the session descriptions and campus map in advance of the conference so you may plan your day. We recommend selecting multiple sessions per breakout in the event your first choice is full.
