Supply chain management (SCM) involves planning and managing all sourcing, procurement, conversion, and logistics activities on 99 Speedmart businesses. • Each outlet will have a branch manager and their assistant branch manager who will make sure that every task will be easy to do.

I carried out this task with two staff, the storekeeper and also the cashier, to shorten the process of completing this task.

There is an issue at my outlet which is about non-compliance in changing the price tag on the item. To avoid the same issue happening again. The AM instructed supervisors and staff from his area to work together to review the prices of items on the selling floor.

Then, I Learned how to motivate the team, conduct performance appraisals and resolve minor conflicts within the team.

Today I was given the opportunity to learn to inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, ensuring only high quality items reach the customer. These skills are essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and minimizing returns.

Cleaning involves following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• I was able to familiarize myself with health guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals, including the retail industry.

I was able to work with my supervisor on tasks related to store maintenance and property management, such as monitoring facility repairs, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring store compliance with safety standards.

After getting a special task given by the Area Manager, I learned the process involved in updating product information.

Data Entry The task given by the supervisor today is for me to enter the details of a new product into the inventory management system, including description, price and stock level.

When there are any challenges related to product tracking, such as discrepancies between physical stock and system records, I will overcome them by communicating with managers and supervisors. After receiving calls from the warehouse. I will prepare the necessary documents so that the work will be easier. Able to apply oneself to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

One of the important things I learned during this period, was in the warehouse environment. I learned the skills in organizing products by the staff at the outlet, to optimize space and facilitate easy access, which improves overall operational efficiency

• On the last day of my trip to the outlet, I completed the daily tasks, as well as calculated the total quantity of controlled price goods (KPDNKK) sold, and recorded direct supplier invoices.
