After about a hundred years after the Maya two new powerful civilizations were found the Aztec Empire and Inca empire. The Aztec in Mexico and the Inca Peru. The Inca thought that their civilization was started by a man by the name of Manco Capac and his sister Mama Ocllo were the first rulers and more importantly the discoverers of the civilization for the Inca. Manco and Mama were the rulers of the civilization around 1200's. All through the civilization they were known as" the children of the Sun." For 200 years the Inca lived in the Andes mountain and for the 200 years they built and lived in a town named Cuzco.

The Inca had meany different religions each one had a different reason. First the Inca believed in "reincarnation" they believed that death was just a passage to a new world. Most of the Inca imaged the next world as very similer to the Euro-American notion in heaven. Another one they practice "human sacrifices" they would practice it frequently mostly on children. The Inca made human sacrifices to please the gods so that the would have great weather, great food and great growth in the plants.

The Inca played the same sport as the Aztec which is called "Tlachtli". Tlachli is a mixture of basketball, kickball and soccer, the game was played by everyone but the was a catch the losing team of the game would be sacrificed to the gods while the winning team would take the losers clothes, money and sometimes wives and kids.
