         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Different perspective on the learning values between mentors (LET2) and mentees (LET1). Mentors valued the experience higher. Mentees need more effort to bring the values more visible to make sense of 'mentoring' and 'expertise'.<br><br>The course must include lecturers who are the real experts in the field, as part of the mentoring session, because there is grey gap of 'expertise' between LET2 as mentors and LET1 as mentees.<br><br>But overall, it is still fine for both mentors and mentees in highlighting the strength from both sides.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
