First and foremost, it may be easy for children to be so immersed in television that they may have a sedentary lifestyle, later on, have server woes such as cardiovascular disease and obesity. According to a survey conducted recently, children would rather stay at home and watch programs than do outdoor activities and play sports. Secondly, the radiation from televisions may make children have eyestrain, headache, and irregular sleep pattern with too much exposure. Firstly, television might have a bad impact on watchers' eyes. Blue rays from electronic devices can ruin viewers' eyesight. In the long run, they might have to wear glasses or do some health treatments which can waste their time and money. Secondly, TV programs are often highly addictive. Hence, children can easily spend too much time on television and miss out on exercises. As a result, the lack of physical activities can increase the risk of obesity and many health problems among kids.

Firstly, children are easily attracted by televisions. Therefore, children spend several hours watching televisions rather than doing physical exercises. This is one of the major reasons due to obesity in children. Secondly, televisions have glare that cause eye strain, especially many children tend to sit too close to the screen. This can damage their eyes heavily, making them hard to study lead to bad grades. It is not uncommon to find young kids transitioning into teenage couch potatoes when they watch TV excessively. First, when children are addicted to television, they spend many hours sitting in front of the screen leading to inactivity and obesity. Because TV programs are increasingly diversified to attract viewers, many young people often watch too much TV with high-calorie foods such as coca, candy, and bimbim. Secondly, TV screens also have high intensity radiation that leads to vision impairment, eye fatigue, dizziness, headaches or potential health hazards. For example, there is a child who has 10/10 eyes but after watching too much TV, his eyes are severely nearsighted and wears thick glasses.

First of all, there are a lot of shows that catches children’s interest by their graphics or contents. Soon enough, they will get drawn to those shows and would eventually do anything to watch them on time, from skipping meals to skipping sleep hours, which would potentially cause malnutrition. Not only that, watching too much television can lead to a passive lifestyle. This lifestyle can possibly result in lack of exercise, laziness and obesity, which is very dangerous to one’s physical health. Second of all, as most people know, inappropriate and sexual content apps are always unavoidable on media platforms. A big number of children and teens are easily influenced, so if they happen to come across those kind of content, terrible actions like murdering or sexual harassing could be committed

There are several reasons why it can be argued that television has a negative effect on children’s physical development. First of all, since TV is so attractive that children prefer to sit in their sofas and watch television than to go out and connect with people. This is due to the fact that it is easy to sit on a chair in front of the television with a snack bag. This leads to obesity in young children as they do nothing but eat and watch television and do not participate in any physical exercise. Furthermore, youngsters who spend too much time in front of the television risk developing eye problems. This condition causes the child's eyesight to become hazy or blurry, which cannot be repaired by glasses.

Firstly, watching television is a highly addictive hobby, which stimulates young children, making them spending excessive timespan watching it. In which duration they waste time that is supposed to be spent on physical activities, as well as have no incentives to it. Lacking in motivation to exercise and not engaging in outdoors activity, in the long run, there occurs physical problems, not only to eyes health and vision, but also obesity as considered no outdoors interactions. An analogy happens to exemplify this. As opposed to a couch potato, a child that spends time outside appears to be much of robustness and energy.

There are a number of reasons why it can be held that television has an adverse impact on children's physical development. Sitting in front of television screens for many straight hours is detrimental to children’s health. To clarify, television can be highly addictive, compelling children to sit in front of the computer for too long; thus, they have little time for sport activities. As a result, these days many kids suffer from various health threats for example obesity, eye strain or fatigue owing to prolonged television watching. Another reason is that watching TV a lot sometimes makes it difficult for children to fall asleep or even lose sleep. To demonstrate, TV programmes and movies contain violent contents or sexual images which are inappropriate for children to watch. Therefore, heavy exposure to violent movies can put a child at a higher risk of health problems.

First, television has reduced children's physical activity levels. The study of watching TV reduces the activity of young children, sometimes they refuse to exercise, then they can lie down and watch TV all day. And this leads to a decline in the child's eyesight and can also cause overweight and obesity. Only watching TV will affect social development. First of all, children who sit in front of the TV screen for too long may suffer from some health problems such as sore eyes, headache, and obesity . As children watch television too much, they tend to do fewer daily exercises and thus result in numerous diseases . According to some research, those who watched TV regularly for 5 or more hours a week were 22% more likely to die than those who watched no more than 2 hours per week. Secondly, children are more likely to have neurological problems and trouble concentrating if they spend a lot of time watching television. Children need to learn more through communicating with people around instead of just gluing their eyes to the TV screen. It is said that fast-moving images and frequent sound change reduce the neurodevelopment of children.

In recent years, television is becoming more and more developed. However, it has some harmful effects related to children's physical. Firstly, children watch a lot of TV, causing their eyes to always have to adjust to monitor activities on TV, causing eye pain, dry eyes, eyestrain in the long run, light from TV also reduces children's eyesight, making children prone to nearsightedness, astigmatism or eye diseases. Currently, the development of compact electronic devices such as smartphones, ipads, laptops, ... makes it possible for parents to let their children watch online programs on the internet anytime, anywhere, even while the baby is eating, just right. After eating or before going to bed, especially when the baby watches in low light conditions, it will reduce the baby's eyesight, making them susceptible to eye defects. Secondly, the violent actions in the television programs that children watch, can affect their behavior and disrupt their sleep. Many parents do not understand why after children watch a lot of TV, they feel tired, stressed, not sleeping well, ... because during the watching process, the baby always has to focus on watching activities on TV, especially violent programs make the baby's brain tense, this can disrupt the child's sleep, make the child sleep restlessly, not sleep well. Not only that, children who watch a lot of TV also affect their behavior, they can learn or imitate violent actions in movies. At the same time, the baby's brain will be less creative, and children often dream more than embark on real actions. This has inadvertently "robbed" the child's freedom to develop both physically, intellectually and linguistically.

There are several reasons why it could be argued that television has a negative effect on children's physical development. Firstly, children watching a lot of TV will lead to a decline in health. When children sit in front of TV screens too much, children will be less active, which not only leads to obesity but also causes diseases such as heart disease, cancer,... For example, scientists have discovered It has been found that sitting and watching TV will slow down the metabolic processes, and consume less calories than when just sitting still and resting. Second, television has a bad effect on children's eyes. This will be even more dangerous when children watching TV in poor lighting conditions will cause eye defects such as nearsightedness, astigmatism. Some children tilt or tilt their head back while watching TV. These habits, if maintained for a long time, will make children's eyes crossed, adversely affecting health and aesthetics. For example, 6 out of 10 children who watch too much TV have a refractive error.

There are several reasons why it can be argued that television has a negative effect on children’s physical development. Television contains many fascinating contents and children have the tendency to spend hours watching it. Firstly, watching television for a long time can result in children's eye strain. Children spend hours staring at the operating television screen which produces blu rays , this can badly affect children’s visions. For instance, a child who sits in front of the television for a long time could experience stinging eyes and their eyes begin to turn red due to the fatigue. Another effect of watching too much television is obesity. Since when watching television children rarely take part in sporty activities and just sit in one place. Therefore, the children will become more and more sluggish and gradually the fat in their body will accumulate because of lack of exercises.

There are several reasons why it can be argued that television has a negative effect on children’s physical development. First, sitting in front of the TV for a long time is very harmful to health, especially eyes. Excessive exposure to blue-ray makes eyes tired, leading to myopia. Blue-ray also affects a lot of sleep, which also greatly affects the height and weight of children. Moreover, watching too much TV will waste time for physical activities, work, study and many other things, this can lead to obesity, cancer or diabetes. Second, watching too much TV makes children not spend time studying and working, this affects the development of children's brains. For instance, children's brains need to be fully developed, if they only spend time watching TV, it is difficult for them to develop motor intelligence or critical thinking because they do not spend time practicing it.

Firstly, watching too much TV can cause eye problems. Children spend too many hours passively watching TV means that they are more exposed to the radioactivity from an active screen and thus have a higher risk of eye problems. Secondly, TV addiction can result in physical complications. To begin with, the longer children are exposed to television programs, the more likely they are to become addicted to watching television. Children who are overly reliant on television for entertainment may neglect outdoor activities. This may lead to an unhealthy lifestyle that is harmful to their physical health. More importantly, excessive TV viewing impairs children's communication abilities, making it more difficult for them to play or socialize with others. As a result, children who spend a lot of time in front of a screen may feel discouraged from having real interactions with people around them, which may limit their social development. Firstly, their eyes are exposed to the blue light of electronic gadgets when they watch too much television. As a result, their eyes become tired and they are more susceptible to eye diseases such as nearsightedness and farsightedness. Simultaneously, when they are exposed to a lot of blue light, their sleep is disrupted, and their bodies grow at a slower rate than their contemporaries. Secondly, when exposed to television, there are many cases where children become addicted and spend hours watching television. That affects their health during development. It makes children lazy to exercise. If that goes on for a while, the child will gradually become obese and stop growing in height. All of the above reasons have a great influence on the physical development of children.
