Every HS mission is students succeed at high levels. Iowa has a graduation rate. 

It's hard to get HS teachers to focus on the right type of learning if it is not measured in something meaningful. Unless we have something we have something like this for teachers to see, nothing will change. Concerned we are moving in that direction.
