Meaningful Teacher Training- before school starts
Real in class experiences the AAC and staff (inclusionary services)
We need all ELS meetings instead of just CORE
All Specials Teachers need their own AAC device for modeling purposes.
Specials Teachers and ELS Teachers need time to plan together
Using the AAC devices during Life skills would greatly help make the AAC device something they could use outside of school.-   What communication functions do we really need them to be able to do?  
Build in wait time for our AAC users because they need way longer than we often give them
