         <description><![CDATA[<p>  I think the vegetarians are healthy, because they eat many yummy foods that are high in protein. People should learn like vegetarians, but you can eat a little bit meat. People should also exercise more, eat less snacks, and drink less unhealthy drinks.</p><p>  We should drink six to eight cups of water per day, exercise one hour per day, eat two kinds of fruits per day, eat three kinds of vegetables per day. We can also eat yogurt or drink some milk.  We can eat fruits like oranges, blueberries, kiwis that have most vitamin. We can also make salads using vegetables or fruits! But also, don’t drink too much water, if not you are too full until your stomach can’t fit your lunch, breakfast, or dinner. You also can’t drink six to eight cups of water all at once, if not the same thing will happen to you.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Many people think Vegetarians don’t have protein but some vegetables have protein such as spinach, broccoli and peas.</p><p><br/></p><p>Vegetarians or not, we also need to eat vegetables or you will not get enough nutrition and being overweight could cost a lot of diseases such as cancer but eating vegetables in a single dish can be hard. I had the same when I was three years old. You can put them in salad. My favourite food is bak Choi. If you don’t like it you can cook it with beef. Yum! Thank you! I prefer vegetables like carrots, that are sweet and lettuce, that are crunchy.But we also need to balance well, like sometimes eating meat and tofu.</p><p>    Before, I'd only eat vegetables because I thought that meat is unhealthy, but after I read this article, I understood that balancing my diet is very important.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, I agree. From the artlcle , I found different kinds of veggies like pea, beans, soya food ie tofu soya milk,oats and brown rice provide lots of protein and contain many important nutrients our bodies need. I am surprised that I thought meat is the only way to give us proteins.          <description><![CDATA[<p>It’s important to include healthy sources of protein in our diet each day. Protein helps our bodies with a number of important functions and helps us maintain muscle mass.</p><p><br/></p><p>Many vegetables contain protein, although generally in smaller amounts compared to animal products.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Sophia Leung 2A (14)</p><p>After reading the article, I learned that we can intake the protein our bodies needed to keep us healthy and full of energy by only eating veggies in our diets, if we have it smartly. We may still have a lot of vegetables to choose if we choose to eat vegetarians and not eating meats, like beans, soya foods, choi sum and broccoli, they are yummy!  We may also eat dairy foods and eggs as well if we want to have more choices. The veggies diets help us to stay healthy and keep us away from cancers, it is a good habit. </p>]]></description>
