  1. I think that, in this picture, I think that they are presenting gifts to William, and I think that William is the one who is sitting on the throne like chair. I think this scene shows his greediness because he is surrounded by servants and gifts, but still waves his hand to move on to the next gift.

  1. In this scene, everything going on is very chaotic, and you can not tell which team is which, which makes it hard to depict. William is commanding his troops, which shows the leadership of fighting side by side with their armies.

  1. William is the one who is commanding the people on the red horse, which is the primary focus of the painting.

  1. In this scene, he and his troops are in battle, but his horse has fallen. When he fell, he takes off his helmet to tell his troops he was alive, which encourages his troops to keep fighting. This shows him as  a great leader

3. The third tapestry shows William after falling off his horse and revealing himself. William apparently tells his men during the invasion to keep on fighting. He is riding on the center blue horse.

Harold  is the one in the picture that looks like he is swearing an oath. It was a solemn oath on holy relics. It looks like William is the one next to the throne. I think Harold is promising to support William while he is about to be set free and sail back to England. 
2. Planning the Invasion - Scene Three. In this scene William food and drinks are being taken to the boats by carriages, weapons too like coats of chain mail, helmets, swords and lances. William is the one behind the carriage walking with some of the items going to the boat. 
3. The Battle of Hastings - Scene Five. William takes off his helmet during the battle to reveal his face. He is showing his troops he's still alive and wants them to keep fighting. I think William is the man on the horse on the left, watching Harold be sworn in. The position on the horse shows us that he is a warrior, and a well respected person.

2. They are carrying supplies to the boats to prepare for a long time overseas at war. This shows William's immense wealth and manpower.

3. It shows that he in just another warrior, albeit a very brave, noble, and strong one.

4. William in the soldier on the horse in the back with a club. He is directing the other soldiers.

5. He is off the horse, commanding other soldiers to show his authority.
