In our Meet and Greet one of the things mentioned was to include CMs in our emails with students. Can I get more clarity on what all emails they would like to be included on? Just the back and forth interactions with students? Or the weekly mail merge progress check in type emails? Maybe all of it? Thanks.

Should we have an open office hour the same time about twice a week, three times a week, how often? What is the expectation?
