C: Up to 30 days in jail with up to 2 years probation possible and a $1,500 fine

FELONY :
Class
X: 6-30 years in jail with possible extension term of 30-60  years, probation not allowed with a mandatory 3 year supervised release and a $25,000 or more if specified fine

1: 4-15 years in jail with a possible extension of 15-30 years, up to 4 years probation, with a mandatory release term of 2 years, with a $25,000 fine

2: 3-7 years in jail, possible extension term of 7-14 years, up to 2 1/2 years probation, 1 year mandatory supervised release term and $25,000 fine 

3: 2-5 years in jail with possible extension term of 5-10 years, 2 1/2 years probation possible with mandatory release term of 1 year and a $25,000 fine
