      <description>Eating healthy is actually very very simple: eat whole, unprocessed food as often as possible, and try not to eat too much of it. What I have here for you is rather restrictive as it is meant to jump start your bodies cravings for healthy food. Did you know that your body will actually crave what is in your small intestine? That&#39;s why it is so important to eat clean for at least a week- it is like hitting the reset button on your appetite! If you find that you have red meat cravings on this, it is likely that your body is actually craving the minerals found in the blood (ewwwww lol), so taking a multivitamin would be helpful in that case.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Every morning, have a cup of warm/hot water with a 1/4 lemon squeezed in it and a pinch of Cayenne Pepper. I recommend organic lemons because I like to put the lemons in my water. Many people wake up and drink a cup of coffee, but alkalizing your body with lemon first thing in the morning is just as effective at giving you energy, I swear! Plus, it doesn't make you crash later. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>EITHER: 12 oz shake with UNSWEETENED vanilla almond milk or coconut milk and Sanchi Ichi Protein. You can buy it here: <a href="http://truenutrition.com/p-4614-sacha-inchi-protein-powder-1lb.aspx">http://truenutrition.com/p-4614-sacha-inchi-protein-powder-1lb.aspx</a></p><p>I like Sanchi Ichi the best, but if it is hard to find then you can use pea, rice, or hemp. Avoid soy or whey at all costs.  </p><p>In addition to the shake, choose one of the following:</p><p>- medium sized plum</p><p>- 1/2 cup berries (I just get the frozen ones from Trader Joe's because then they don't go bad)</p><p>- 1/2 cup canteloupe</p><p>OR: 4 Egg Omlette (1 or 2 yokes only. Only use the whites of the others) with 1-2 cups of veggies for filling. I think spinach, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes would be a good choice. </p><p>And choose a fruit from the above list</p>]]></description>

(Since you're a boy, this may not be enough food for you, so feel free to go up to double the amount of protein. Don't eat more fat. You can also eat more veggies, of course)</p><p>Protein:&nbsp;</p><p>1 cup of beans (Garbanzo, Black, or Kidney)</p><p>3 oz. Salmon of any white fish</p><p>3 oz. hormone free Chicken or Turkey</p><p>Two Organic Eggs</p><p>1 cup Quinoa*</p><p>It is okay to mix match, like eat 1/2 cup of beans and 1 egg or something.</p><p>Fat:</p><p>1 TBSP flaxseeds or chia seeds</p><p>2 tsp EVOO</p><p>1/2 Avacado</p><p>50 Pumpkin seeds</p><p>3 TBSP sunflower seeds</p><p>7-12 Raw almonds or Walnuts</p><p>Fiber: </p><p>Choose two cups of any of the following:</p><p>*Asparagus, Spinach, Broccoli, Celery, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrots, Cucumber, Watercress, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, Onions, Mixed Baby Greens, Green Pepper, Tomato, squash * Organic, if it is on the dirty dozen. &nbsp;</p><p><a href="http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/">http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/</a></p>]]></description>

Just don't get the Corn Salsa or any of the dairy. Brown rice will be okay instead of Quinoa for a meal. But try not to eat it all. You'll get a tummy ache after eating so lightly before.</p>]]></description>
