https://padlet.com/FengQinMD/About With a background as physician extending more than two decades, Feng Qin, MD, has engaged as attending surgeon of vascular surgery at Beth Israel Hospital in New York for the past five years and also practices at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital. Feng Qin, MD, completed his doctor of medicine at the Medical Center of Fudan University in Shanghai in the mid-1980s and pursued fellowship and residency training at the Shanghai Second Medical University. A member of the Chinese Surgical Society since 1988, Dr. Qin joined the Chinese Vascular Surgery Society in 1993 and served as principal investigator with the Chinese Natural Science Foundation. He has coauthored a number of articles in his field, including “Angiographic diagnosis and surgical treatment in chronic arterial obstructive diseases” (Chinese Journal of Surgery, 1993). Dr. Qin relocated to the United States in the mid 1990s and served as a research fellow with the Vascular Research Laboratory of the University of Rochester School of Medicine. In the early 2000s, he completed the General Surgery Residency Program (PGY-I-II) at the St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of New York.
