I took that responsibility and alloted all the sections with some amount of funds that we got for the event. In addition, I kept some amount aside for some emergency in case if one gets emerged. The event went well and no emergency funds were used , so lastly we used that funds as a donation to charitable organisation. I was waiting for my visa approval which eventually got delayed by 4 months . it was a pretty tough situation to go through both on the emotional and professional front of life.
my parents were having a constant breakdown the going got tough and the odds were against me yet I stayed optimistic in hope that i would get my visa processed and post 5 and half months of wait.

I got a call late at night that one of our Team member, who was going to present in front of customer won’t be able to make it tomorrow and just few hours left now i got that job.
It was frustrating that i have such a short time but other thing i always like to work under pressure, to show my ability and strength. So not only i present in front of Customers also got the whole project to lead. One day out manager met with an accident and she got plastered like for 2-3 weeks.
I was assigned the task on behalf of her. In the beginning i was struggling a lot but with time i gained experience and was able to troubleshoot most of the issues at my end. 
When my manager came back she was quite happy with the process. Than she resigned after 7 months from that incident and she suggested my name for next manager , so i become one.

So, for many times in a year, I had to take the responsibility as a head of the department.
As generally, those times are exam times, I had to be vigilant in task allocations to my peers, fulfilling students' requests and answering their doubts. I need to manage it with co-ordination with other departments and with higher authorities.
Each time I successfully fulfill my duties and they have been given the responsibilities to me time to time when situation arises.
