It is predicted by experts<s> Experts predict</s> that robots will take over a large number of jobs that humans currently undertake. This essay will discuss the associated benefits and drawbacks.

There are benefits related to the utilization of a robot. Firstly, it could be used to replace repeating tasks which formerly waste time, allowing employees to reduce workload and have a better work-life balance. <s>to complete and give our precious time more space to utilize</s>. Beside that, by making use of a bot as an automation system, the owners could reduce their expenses on labor and increase the effeciveness for their business. why? (no interruption and is error-free<s> Moreover, some numerical complicated tasks which used to take us a lot of effort can be easily completed in the most time-effecient manner by an AI brain</s>. This is because technology in general requires no break and interruption and it is mostly error-free. This is crucial for companies producing household items where consistency in quality remains the main objective. With automation, companies can create first-rate products and improve customer satisfaction.

It is believed by experts and scientists that over the course of ten years, robots will take precedence over humans in doing many of the works. This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks associated with this trend.

On the one hand, automation can be advantageous to organizations in many aspects. First of all, robots can completely replace manual laborers in doing highly risky jobs such as coal miners and even repetitive tasks in assembling lines, hence reducing the dangerous and boring aspects of work. Furthermore, cost-saving effects can be another merit, since robots can work continuously without interruption or break and their productivity is superior to normal human beings. It is estimated that one robot can undertake an equivalent workload of ten workers, making it an economical choice for businesses heading for technology and innovation.

On the other hand, concerns related to technology are valid. One primary issue emerging from the widespread use of robots is unemployment, especially in blue-collar workers and those with no specialization at work. This will inevitably create immense strain on our society, as high unemployment rate would result in social instablity and even delinquencies. In addition, the idea that technology makes more economical sense can be flawed, as it is the maintenance costs that are extortionate and might place more financial burden on companies. While large-scale ones are financially capable of automation and cutting-edge technology, small and medium enteprises can hardly afford such a heavy outlay.

In conclusion, the prediction that technology takes over humans in many of the works has been casted by experts and while innovation might revolutionize the working nature of monotonous and dangerous jobs, unemployment and heavy costs are principal issues.
