Sometimes the best teacher in the classroom can be peers. If you notice students are having a hard time understanding a concept, allow time to work in a group or with a partner. By working with a peer, a student may understand a concept better when using “kid friendly” language. As adults we fully understand the concepts we are teaching. Sometimes students can explain a concept to each other in a way they can understand.
