Assalamualaikum and hello! For week 1, we had three agendas which is to introduce ourselves and Sr Aisyah then proceed to explain to us about adab in seeking knowledge and Al Quran as an guidance of book.

Since we had the meeting offline, we started by taaruf session. After that, we shared each other's experience of being a leader. Then we proceed to the first topic of week 1 which is adab in seeking knowledge and Al Quran as an guidance of book.

ADAB IN SEEKING KNOWLEDGE

Be hardworking. Willing to sacrifice time, energy in order to learn new knowledge.

Take wudhu' whenever you want to learn or seek knowledge

Be humble especially when talking to your teachers.

Always practise du'a before and after start learning.

Avoid conflict with other peoples and teachers

Give your full attention

Greet the teachers honourably

Set the intention

Have a balanced state of mind

Have patience in yourself

AL QURAN AS A GUIDANCE OF BOOK

For this topic, we need to read surah al isra' verse 9-21 along with its meaning. Next, we need to explain the meaning of the verse based on our own understanding.

And that those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have prepared for them an indescribable torment.

This verse explains that Allah will prepare a painful punishment in the hereafter for those who break His command

Indeed, this Al-Quran gives guidance to the very right path (Islamic religion), and gives glad tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds, that they will have a great reward. This verse explains that Allah has prepared the Qur'an to guide Muslims in doing good deeds and to be a guide to deepening religious knowledge.

IMPROVEMENT: we have to discuss about how to do an assignment more detail

That's all from me about the usrah task for this week.

USRAH WEEK 2:

Assalamualaikum, for week 2, we learned about the hadith title: Jibril's hadith (pillars of Islam). We can add more knowledge after studying this hadith. Our facilitator has explained this topic in easier way to understand.

Next, we are required to read surah al baqarah verse 284-286. Then, we need to explain what we understand about the meaning of the verse.

AL BAQARAH VERSE 284

Everything in the heavens and everything on earth belongs to God. And if you give birth to what is in your heart or you hide it, then God will count it and reveal it to you. Then He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills (according to His laws) And (remember), God has power over everything.

Based on my understanding,

Allah swt. announcing that His is the kingdom of heaven and earth and what is in it that is between the two. He knows everything that is in it, nothing is obscure to Him all things that are visible and that are hidden and that are stored in the heart, even if it is very small and very obscure. Allah swt. informed also that He will later do a reckoning (reckoning) against His servants for all that they have done and that they have hidden in their hearts.

AL BAQARAH VERSE 285

The Messenger of Allah believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so did the believers; all believe in God, and His angels, and His books, and His messengers. (They said): "We do not distinguish one from the other Messengers". They said again: We listen and we obey (we ask for) Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the place of return".

Based on my mind,

We do not distinguish between one person and another Messenger The meaning of this verse is all the Messengers we accept. We accept all the Prophets عليه السلام are the messengers of Allah ﷻ but to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, we follow his sharia. Therefore, we have to have a relationship with the hadith. Have to learn the hadiths of the Prophet. Can't distinguish any Messenger. Don't be like the Jews who reject Prophet Isa عليه السلام and don't be like the Christians who don't accept Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as a Prophet.

AL BAQARAH VERSE 286

Allah does not judge a person except what he is capable of. He gets the reward of the good that he strives for, and he also bears the sin of the evil that he strives for. (They prayed saying): "O our Lord! Don't think we are wrong if we forget or we are wrong. O our Lord! Do not burden us with a heavy burden as You have burdened those before us. O our Lord! Do not burden us with what we cannot bear. And forgive our mistakes, and forgive our sins, and have mercy on us. You are our Helper; therefore, help us to achieve victory over the infidels.

Based on my understanding,

God does not judge a person except what he is capable of. Allah does not burden humans with what we cannot bear. All humans have different load bearing capacity. There are people who can bear a lot of burden and there are people who cannot.

Hadith of Gabriel (Hadis Jibril)

A hadith that contains the definition of Islam, Iman, Ihsan, and the signs of the Day of Judgment according to the Islamic creed. This hadith was narrated from the friend of Umar bin Al-Khatthab. This hadith can be found in both Sahihain books, Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.

Imam Nawawi said, "Know that this hadith brings together various kinds of knowledge, knowledge, manners, and gentleness. Even this hadith is a staple of Islam, as we narrated from Qadhi 'Iyaadh.

That's it for our headline summary for week 2. Thank you!

USRAH WEEK 3: PILLARS OF IMAAN

Assalamuaikum and hello guys! For week 3, we just learned about pillars of imaan. Our facilitator explain about this topic online because this week is a holiday week and we all go home. So i will summarize this topic as best as possible.

As we all know that there are six pillars of faith. So I will explain three of them.

The first pillar of faith is belief in God. This first pillar emphasizes complete trust in Allah SWT by believing in the existence, oneness, and absolute power of Allah as the creator and organizer of nature. As a Muslim we should believe that Allah exists, even though he cannot be seen, heard, and cannot be touched.

After that, the second pillar of faith is belief in the Messenger of God. Belief in the existence of angels as invisible creatures of God, who carry out His orders. We must believe in the 10 main angels which is Jibril, Mikail, Israfil, Izrail, Munkar, Nakir, Raqib, Atid, Ridwan, and Malik.

Next, the third pillar of faith is belief in the revealed scriptures. Believing that Allah SWT gave the book to the Prophets such as The Book of Psalms to the Prophet David, The Torah to Moses, The Bible to Jesus, and Al-Qur'an to Prophet Muhammad S.A.W .

So that's it for this week's headlines. I hope you all understand and benefit from it. THANK YOU ! ASSALAMUALAIKUM W.B.T .

USRAH WEEK 4: PILLARS OF IMAAN

Assalamualaikum everyone, bismillah today i want to continue our last week topic which is pillars of imaan. I will explain the rest today!

The fourth pillar of imaan is faith in the Messengers of God. For example, the belief that God has sent Messengers to mankind to convey His message. Prophet Muhammad is recognized as the last Messenger who delivered God's revelation perfectly and universally. The main task of the Messengers of God is to convey the teachings of God to mankind. They are also tasked with giving guidance to people so that they can know and improve themselves. In addition, the Messengers of God are also given the task of providing exemplary examples in everyday life.

Next, the fifth pillar of faith is belief in the Day of Judgment. For example, Belief in the Day of Resurrection, where all creatures will be resurrected and judged by God based on their deeds in the world. After people are held accountable for all their deeds, their fate in the afterlife will be determined. For those who believe and do good deeds, will get a good reward and be given a place in heaven. As for those who disobey and commit sins, will receive a bad reward and be placed in hell.

Lastly, the sixth pillar of faith is faith in Qada and Qadar. For example, belief in God's determination and will, that everything that happens in this universe happens with His permission, including good and bad, which are all determined in God's destiny. Believing in qada' and qadar does not mean that humans do not have freedom in their lives. On the other hand, humans are given the freedom to choose and act in their lives. However, human freedom cannot change the destiny that has been determined by God. In the Al-Quran, Allah SWT says, "Indeed, We have created everything with a predetermined destiny." (QS. Al-Qamar: 49).

So our topic related to Pillars of Imaan is over. We get a lot of benefits in knowing about this topic in depth. Therefore, let us delve deeper into this topic in order to improve our quality as a Muslim. Its wrap for today! Thankyou and Assalamualaikum.

USRAH WEEK 5: The Concept of Ihsan and its Relation to Islamic Escathology

Assalamualaikum everyone, for week 5, we have discussed the topic of the concept of ihsan and its relation to Islamic eschatology. So i will explain about Ihsan.

Ihsan is doing good for God while realizing that He sees our actions. Good morals are influenced by faith and the implementation of syariah.

According to al quran, there are 3 characteristics of al-Muhsin (people who have the quality of ihsan):

1. Do good to others.

2. Giving kindness to others at the best possible level.

3. Do things 1 and 2 because of Allah SWT.

Ihsan also means sincerity in worship or sincere implementation of Islam and Faith.

Ihsan is that "you worship God as if you see Him, but if you do not see Him, then indeed He sees you." (Meaning based on hadith narrated by Muslim from Umar bin Khattab).

Next, Islamic eschatology is the study of life after death in the Hereafter and al-Qiyāmah "The Last Judgment".

Eschatology is closely related to one of the beliefs of Islam, namely believing in the last day, death, resurrection (Yawm al-Qiyāmah), mahsyar, final judgment, heaven, hell, and the decision of the entire fate of mankind and others.

SEM 2: USRAH WEEK 1 - TAARUF

Assalamualaikum and hii ! it's been a long time since we finished usrah semester 1. Now we will continue our usrah this semester with different groups and faci.

Our faci is Sr Sakinah and we all from group 59. For our usrah this week, we start with an introductory session. We will introduce ourselves to other usrah members such as introduce our full name, nickname, birth date and our course. With this, we will get to know each other better so that it is easy to do group work.

Next, our faci had explained the meaning of word "usrah". So what is usrah? Usrah is a group that involves religious activities such as discussion about a religious topic. Then, usrah is a group of people who believe in Islam and try to help each other to understand and appreciate Islam; strive to improve knowledge and charity, and avoid immorality and enmity.

The principles of usrah consist of four main elements which is taaruf, taawun, tafahum, and takaful. First, taaruf is an introduction or getting to know each other that is organized in Islam. Second, taawun is helping each other regardless of the situation. Allah SWT commands His believing servants to help each other and cooperate, on the condition that it must be on the basis of truth and piety, and forbids them to help each other and cooperate in unlawful matters. Third, tafahum is mutual understanding to create understanding and bond between each other.

O mankind! Indeed, We have created you from male and female, and We have made you into various nations and tribes, so that you may get to know each other (and be friendly with each other).

The last one is takaful. The word "Takaful" comes from the Arabic word "kafalah," which means mutual guarantee. The concept of takaful aims to encourage mutual help and unity among the participants in line with the concept of ta'awun.

That's all from me for the title of usrah this time. See you next week with a new topic.

We live and die only for God. We need God in everything we do.

Benefits of prayer:

Surah Al-'Ankabuut,

Read and follow (O Muhammad) what was revealed to you from the Qur'an, and establish prayer (with diligence); Indeed, the prayer prevents from abominable and evil deeds; and truly remembering Allah is greater (its benefits and effects); and (remember) Allah knows what you do.

We must correct our mistakes in prayer and worship so that God accepts our worship. We need to have sincere intentions, fear of God's punishment, and remember all the blessings that God has given.

Fasting in Ramadan

The benefit of fasting is that it can increase a servant's piety to Allah. Then, a person can control his passions and stay away from immorality.

Zakat

Can eliminate greed in oneself. Next, cleanse oneself of moral impurity.

Perform Hajj

Performing the Hajj can increase self stamina and improve discipline.

Surah Al-Baqarah,

(Time to perform worship) The Hajj is a few months that are known. Therefore, whoever has committed himself (with the intention of performing) the Hajj, then he must not interfere with his wife, and must not commit immorality, and must not argue, while performing the Hajj. And whatever good you do is known to God; and you should bring enough food because the best food is to protect yourself (from the shame of asking for alms); and fear Me, O people of understanding (who can think and understand it).

BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD, BUT GOOD PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL !

SEM 2: USRAH WEEK 4 - THE VIRTUE FOUND IN SOLAT

Assalamualaikum everyonee! Bismillah today i want to continue our topic for this week which is "The Virtue Found in Solat".

Five things we can get if we perform a prayer with khusyuk : obedience, jihad, tawaduq, self-reflection, iffah.

OBEDIENCE

The intended obedience is loyalty to uphold and do all His commandments and abandon all His prohibitions.

Prayer reminds us of the purpose of life in the world, which is to be a servant of God who worships him.

we should improve ourselves to be more obedient to God.

JIHAD

According to classical Islamic scholars such as Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, Jihad is the act of fighting against four types of enemies, namely: against lust, the devil, infidels, and hypocrites. Jihad in worship such as performing prayers correctly so that you can focus more on studying. Then, striving for knowledge is like resisting sleepiness in class. Jihad requires patience and perseverance because Allah tests us so that we are stronger.

TAWADUK

Tawaduk is an attitude of humility towards Allah SWT and fellow human beings that can make our souls pure. We need to humble ourselves that all things come from God and not from man. We also have to get rid of pride in ourselves. The sign of a humble person or tawaduk is to always submit to the command of Allah SWT. A person whose character is humble is praiseworthy, his behavior is humble, he obeys the command of Allah SWT because he is afraid of His punishment. In other words, people who are humble truly sincerely perform all practices for the sake of Allah SWT.

SELF-REFLECTION

Prayer time is a time to justify yourself and humble yourself to God. Ask God for forgiveness for all the sins that have been committed. After that, remember the sin committed in order to purify oneself and be devoted in all things.

IFFAH

It means the nature of refraining from things that are in the form of disobedience and that are prohibited. Prayer can prevent oneself from committing sin. We must remember Allah in every act because Allah sees and listens to his servant.

That's the summary of our topic this week. Hope this summary is useful for all of us.

If someone wants to fight or curse him, then say: "Indeed I am fasting" repeated twice."

HEALTH BENEFITS:

Fasting turns out to have many health benefits based on scientific studies, including helping control diabetes, reducing blood pressure, preventing diabetes, reducing risk factors for heart disease, losing weight, reducing symptoms of digestive diseases.

Things that invalidate fasting

Eat and drink deliberately.

Deliberately inserting objects into open cavities.

Vomit on purpose.

Menstruation and postpartum.

Crazy.

Apostate.

Ejaculate on purpose.

Having sex during the day.
