This expands my understanding because I know what IEPs can be used for, needed, and completed in schools. I also saw how it affects parents and their point of view on it.

How can this process be combined together that way every school has the same process of IEPs?

With there being structure to the IEPs and process are there any holdbacks on what an IEP can be with a student even though it could mean student success.

This content relates to my own experience because I had an IEP growing up for my dyslexia and speech impediment. With that being said I struggled a lot in school and I still do to this day. As a future educator I want to make sure that my students succeed and that they don't fall behind like I did and still do. I want them to be confident in themselves and not look at their struggles like it is a bad thing like I once did.
