         <description><![CDATA[<p>I would see myself as the Co-ordinator and Team Worker.</p><p><br/></p><p>° The Co-ordinator - Mature, confident and democratic with a focus on the overall objectives of the team, Co-ordinators often find themselves in management positions taking on the traditional team leader role. Skilled at recognising and nurturing the talent and potential of team members, Co-ordinators handle the delegation of work where necessary and encourage people to contribute to the team effort.</p><p>They can sometimes have a tendency to delegate too much of their workload, which may lead to issues with other team members in the Belbin team role system.</p><p><br/></p><p>°The Team Worker - Extroverted, flexible and perceptive, the Team Workers are the diplomats of the team. They play the key role of ensuring cohesion in the team and making sure everyone is functioning well as a unit.
