It may take some time to write down all the terms and notes, but it is a great way to retain information because you have to write it down. I find it even better when I give someone the flash cards and test me.

Module 8 covered Food Safety and Management systems. Module 9 was also another concept I found tricky. Module 9 covered safe facilities and pest management. I found module 9 to be super tricky because a lot of information needed to be retained.
