1. One person designated in each area of rotation to take you on board as a student. This ensure that you have that person willing to teach, asses and provide support. Also potentially a visual que of who is an assessor would be helpful such as a badge. 
2. Some placements such as Rowley hall don’t need to be a week long as they don’t have the workload. 
3. If we are only having a short few days in a modality the lead in that area should be made aware of us and our responsibilities such as the sign off sheets of tasks as often they were unaware making it harder to progress through and actually find willing staff to complete the tasks with us. 
4.maybe the assessors could have a target of how many assessments they have to have done with students in order to keep their assessor position as it was difficult in certain areas to find keele assors that were  willing to asses us. THis might make them more proactive in teaching us. 
5.almost in every area despite pushing ourselves forward it was just so difficult to find people happy to take us on board in completing numbers and assessments. 
6. The Haywood was an excellent place of experience so far. 
7. Very few members of the team would support you in understanding examinations e.g. lack of explanation around request form justification and limited insight on improving projections etc. 2. Some staff would be persistently critical of us on aspects we had already agreed or arranged with the practice educator. 3. paperwork not complete as Josh was away therefore portfolio not signed off 4. infection control issues related to wearing gloves and hand washing 5.
