Hi Harshleen,

Congratulations on an amazing session on Solid, Liquids and Gases...
For a person running away from Science, this was the best session on Science..

- PPT was too the point with the right set of visuals for clear understanding
- You had complete knowledge of the topic and your delivery
- People who gave the wrong answer, you made sure to clear their concepts and ask them to read the same topic
- you didn't move ahead till everyone understood the concept or particular subtopci which was thoughtful
- learning objectives well achieved
- you had a constant smile on your face which made me want to attend and be a part of your session

AOI -
- for metals, rather than just giving example, could have also given a brief explanation, maybe just one line to explain what is metals
- take names of students where you want them to answer or read, grade 3 students won't wait and all will start reading at one go
- rather than saying today's lecture or lesson, you could have said let's undeerstand or let's learn about the topic, with the word lecture/lesson, students might lose interst.

Overall an amazing lecture with all doubts and querries resolved.. You have an amazing small smile and keep smiling...

All the Best

Teacher: Harshleen
Grade: 3
Subject: UOI
Title of lesson: Solids, Liquids, and Gases
Number of students: 14

1. The teacher started the topic with an attractive image of lemons, lemon juice, and an empty bottle to introduce solids, liquids, and gases to the students.
2. The LOs were clearly explained.
3. Some of the slides had too much text on them. It would be better to show the image of the particle model of matter (the image with the moving particles) and individually call out the names of the students to probe the differences. In that way, you ensure that the students are paying attention and have to respond to what they see.
4. Also, when introducing technical words such as regular arrangement, maybe you call advise students to highlight them and write them in your notebook.
5. The revisions after each section are much appreciated. That way, you are keeping a tab on whether students are understanding. A disadvantage in not taking each one's names is that only some students will answer. Maybe, you can question one student and have that student ask anyone else in class. In this way, each student will have to pay attention.
6. Also, a visual aid such as video to show condensation or boiling or melting would have been advisable.

Overall, this was a good class, Harshleen. Wish you all the best!
