         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Yes, Energy is able to change forms. An example of energy changing forms is eating and going on a bike ride. When you eat, that food is considered chemical energy and as you ride your bike that energy changes to mechanical energy. Another example of energy changing forms is a light bulb turning on. A light bub goes from eletrical energy than to light(radiant) energy. Depending on what light bulb you have it can produce "wasted" energy. Wasted energy is when energy particles are not being used. Sometimes a lightbulb will produce thermal energy to make the light bulb hot. That is considered to be wasted energy because the purpose of the light bulb is to produce light and not give off heat.</strong></div>]]></description>

If you try to destroy energy it wont work because that energy will just change or transfer into another energy. If you try to create energy that wont work either because everything has some type of energy so it would be strictly impossible to make new energy without using materials that already have energy.</strong></div>]]></description>

The mechanical energy than changes into eletrical energy and than eletrical energy changes to thermal energy.</strong></div>]]></description>
