Dee: I like the idea of the Member Photo Gallery, we could do something similar for the others or a different kind of page instead. Like, below sculptures, maybe we could have an Events page that would have dates and locations of major art viewing events or something? It seems like something that the target audience would be interested in, at least if they're viewing the sculptures page where nothing beats the real thing!

Christian: Nice work Drea. One question. dont  we have to have arrows indicating the possibility of a return to the homepage on the flowchart?. Also, does the color theme of the flowchart have to reflect our website? If so am thinking  mustard yellow is a bit off. plus what do we mean by member? we should try and make art accessible to everyone and using the word member creates a divide.

Dee: I don't think the flowchart colour reflects our website since the flowchart isn't what would actually be on the site, it's just for us. But yeah, members might be the wrong word. Followers is a little bit better but still puts the focus too strongly on us and not the art, but maybe that could work?

Andrea: Hey guys, thanks for your feedback! Yeah sure! We could add that events page under sculptures. As for what I meant by 'members' is the people that subscribe to our website through the subscription form, but yeah, followers sound good too. I don't think the flowchart needs to be in coherence with our colour theme, but i don't mind changing it up. It's pastel colours, and black and white, right?  Checked with Ms. Ivy, she said leave out the arrows returning to the homepage. Any more ideas for the pages and what you want on each of them?

Gwen: Hi! I think the flow chart looks pretty good! I am aware that Ms. Ivy mentioned that there is no need for a home button just yet. I do like the fact that users are directed to a forum page where discussion on the art could take place! Im just wondering, since we only have forum pages for photography and film, how do we engage the users in the other sections? Or do you guys think it's unnecessary? However, I do like the fact that our flow so far seem straight forward and easy to grasp. I think that would please the users very much!

Dee: On the photography page, the first thing a user sees could be a scrolling gallery with various articles with pictures to match, with perhaps a Read More button that will take you to the full articles. Those might be hyperlinked to different pages or just scroll down the page to where the full article is, I'm not so sure yet. Either way, it's probably a good plan to have the first thing a user sees on each page be some kind of showcase of the art.

For the color scheme wise, personally, I am not very in favour of pairing green with purple. I do like the concept of using pastel colors, but maybe not that green? And no grey as well? I feel like grey makes the entire outlook looks dull.

A few things though: I feel like there is a need to make the wordings for the header more stand out, because we are using rather bold fonts for the section headers, and that kinds of distracts the actual header. So maybe switch the fonts around a little bit?
Also, I suggest choosing a more minimalistic hero background, so the header can be seen clearly. Or keep the hero image and try to make the header more obvious. Either way, because the image is actually really cool.

So far now, the entire outlook looks really cool. Just the header is not visible. But amazing job Dee!

I Agree with Gwen in that the header maybe needs a little work. Also I think the Blue header is a bit off.
What i sometimes like to do is put spaces in between the letters of the title and doing this here would give the title a more "boundless" effect :D.
I also think that more of the hero mage could be made visible by making the columns and their subheadings smaller.
Another effect would be to add quirky random symbols to the subheadings. But that would be a bonus.

I think the colors are great with the exception of the header.

ps. do we need to add indications of buttons clicking and scrolling possibilities to the mockup?

Dee: Thanks a bunch for the feedback! I'll keep it in mind when I'm changing the header and title, I wasn't quite happy with it yet but couldn't figure out why. The hero image is pretty cool so I'll keep it and change the header to be more obvious.

I'd actually forgotten about the quirky symbols to the subheadings! I was originally going to add logos or something along those lines but I forgot about it, so thanks for pointing that out! I'll see what I can do!

The actual mockup itself will just be the page, though I will include a scrolling icon to the mockup to indicate that. We can make a seperate page or copy that shows any interactive elements such as clickable burger menus.

I hadn't focussed on the about page here but yes, that is something we shall add.

Andrea: Hey Dee! Wows, great job on the mock-up. It's absolutely beautiful! :D

However, I do feel as if the burger menu can be a little more visible, and the 'Boundless' title could use a bolder and bigger font. And, does the black and white art piece make you feel a little giddy, or is it just me? XD

And would you still like to include the 'about me' and video section of the mock-up, as indicated on the flowchart?

The header is a different font and spaced out, and is also a different colour. The burger menu is clearer. The columns are also smaller, if only slightly. The video has been added, in place of an about us, though I couldn't find a good place for it without ruining the entire arrangement, though that means the hero image is more of a backdrop. I think it looks interesting but perhaps we can tweak it still? If there's time, we can design a different logo, but it seems to be working.

I think it looks pretty gr8!

I think the parts of the columns with the text in them should be smaller, font and all. so that "boundless sculptures boundless sculptures boundless sculptures boundless sculptures" is like on a repeat loop and is seen many times.

Also, I think the video sort of takes away  from our whole. I think it should be made smaller or turned into like a tab that can drop down from the header.

I think it looks great apart from that, just how we envisioned it. the colors are good the pics are suitable and the font choices work! :)

Christian's drop-down seems like a good idea! Either that or maybe alter the orientation of the video slightly. Is it possible to replace the hero background with the video as a whole?

Hey Dee! Great job!! The video does make it a little messy, but that's already been said. If you want to keep the video there, perhaps it could be a black and white one to better match its background? Also, is it intentional that the tablet version doesn't have the logo between the words?  Besides that, love it! Thank you so much, Dee!

Dee: Okay, I've shrunk the collumns and text inside it and made the text seem like it loops on end. While changing the video's orientation would look cool, it would also be extremely impractical from a user's perspective to watch a video sideways, and be difficult to program, particularly if it's a YouTube video. Same thing with making it the hero image. I did experiment with making it a drop down tab in the header, but then it stuck out when the other buttons would be in the burger menu, and would be the same as getting rid of it with no indication of its existence.

Turning it black and white actually turned out pretty well, so I stuck with that, and also shrunk it and pushed it more to the side.

The tablet version having no logo was me experimenting with trying to fit the text in and forgetting about it. I've since corrected it and will post the final mockups.
