ADL on the contract is a product and is separate from the DD training. The demand for DD information before the contract can be completed is not necessary.
1. The DD is not necessarily the POC.
2. The obligated 2-year payment for ADL is contractual. The DD training is a Program and the PM is responsible for who that is and when they are trained.

How can "WE", Contracts and Admin work together with respect to each other’s workload. *For example: when contracts makes procedure changes, they have months of conversations about the change. Then pass it on to us in a meeting for a change that won't even take affect for several months. Then when the Admin are inconsistent in executing said change, it feels like being reprimanded in meetings when its repeated over and over again. Basically, it feels like Contracts is talking AT us and not too us.

How can the Admin’s position be better respected as in Contracts is not all we do on so many levels?

*This example came from Karen.
