The demand for DD information before the contract can be completed is not necessary. 
1. The DD is not necessarily the POC. 
2. The obligated 2-year payment for ADL is contractual. Meaning, AVID Care changes it in MyAVID but when there are hundreds of staff members how does it get updated in SF. Then pass it on to us in a meeting for a change that won't even take affect for several months. Then when the Admin are inconsistent in executing said change, it feels like being reprimanded in meetings when its repeated over and over again. Basically, it feels like Contracts is talking AT us and not too us. 

How can the Admin’s position be better respected as in Contracts is not all we do on so many levels?
