The plate used was transparent so it allows me to see the full dish and not just one third of the banana. The arrangement of the food is also nice as it is long and tall at the same time. Each colour of the food is also appetising as there are dark tones and light tones and bright tones, making the food look very colourful. The garnishing makes the food look very yummy as there are little bits of nuts on the ice cream and whipped cream and the cherry on top of each food makes the shape of the dish more interesting.

This dish's plating and colour arrangement, in my opinion, is very neat and impressive-looking. I love how they arranged the sushi in terms of the colour , like for example: the raw salmon and prawns are put together as their main colour from the top view is red and the other types of sushi is put together if they are the same type, which makes it look very organised.

The simple amount of garnishing does not make the dish look overcrowded which makes it look like a warm and cozy dish to eat at home .

The dish is unique and attractive as the crepe (at the bottom) is rolled in a different way than usual. Usually people roll crepes into a cone like shape but they rolled the crepe in a way that looks like a spring roll instead.
