Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-to-one lessons in piano and guitar

• Follow existing student progress plans while bringing your own teaching style

• Prepare students for performances, exams, or personal goals

• Communicate regularly with students and/or parents about progress

• Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional learning environment

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in piano (Grade 8+ level) and guitar (up to Grade 5)

• Prior tutoring experience of at least 2 years preferred

• Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities

• Reliable, organised, and confident working independently

• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

• Fluency in English

• A love for music, ambition for the success of your students and confident interpersonal skills

What We Offer

• A ready-made roster of committed students (approx. 30+ hours a week), back-to-back from Monday to Saturday (flexible with weekend slot)

• Supportive team and smooth handover from the current tutor

• Administrative support with booking and scheduling
