Water is one of the few essential elements for humans and any living organisms to survive, and although the world’s surface is 71% water, only 2.5% of it is freshwater. Since water pollution has been an issue for more than 100 years, it is much harder for us to fix this problem. 

             From ours point of view water is the most important element in this world, we have to take care of it, people is starting to take conscience about it, a lot of ONG's for cleaning the ocean are appearing and i think that's beautiful, we have to protect the ocean and of course protect the flora and fauna that lives in the Ocean.

There are many causes why marine pollution is increasing more and more each day. One example of these causes is for example toxic substances that are thrown into seas, oceans and rivers from industrial activities. Another very important cause is plastics that end up in the sea can be ingested by marine fauna 

               What’s more, we have to take care of water to reach the objective that United Nations have implanted, the objective 14. It is a sustainable global economy that Seeks to conserve and use the oceans, seas and marine resources in a sustainable way. To this end, the aim is to prevent and reduce marine pollution of all kinds, minimize and address the effects of ocean acidification and regulate fishing exploitation, among other objectives. To achieve this objective we have to prevent and significantly reduce marine pollution of all kinds, in particular pollution from land-based activities, including marine debris and nutrient pollution. 

Apart of causing physical problems, it drifts on health and psychological problems. Just imagine looking yourself in the mirror, and blame yourself, hating your own body. Could you support this? It’s obvious no one would like to feel like this. 

Going to school and feel like you don’t belong with your friends because you aren’t as fit as them, is also horrible. Boys and girls insulting you with words like “fat” or related to your overweight, creates you insecurities. We have a friend who had an overweight issue, and everyone started to bully him, but, with a lot of effort and being strong, he overcame all of this bullies and haters. 

You could start reducing your portions of food, and not buying snacks. Change snacks for fruit instead on your shopping car. Change the videogames for playing with your friends outside. Inscribe on a football, basketball or any physical avtivities after school. But kids don’t have all the responsability of this, parents also need to do something with this. Did you know most of the parents give products with a lot of sugar and calories on them, to kids on an early age. This cannot help to weight of the baby, anyway, it’s disgusting.  

This is a problem that all of us should solve as soon as possible. Because we, as a society, don't want that our kids live up a life of jokes on them, or that affect in their health. So, why don't we put an end to this once and for all?
