Through watching others, people can learn to smile as a way of showing happiness or relaxation. Parents are often the first people that babies mimic when they are learning to smile.
Another observational learning action is anger/ yelling over certain things. If a child grows up in an angry household and watching their parents yell, they can learn from watching this experience.
There is also:
- clapping during performances
- Learning to dress/ fashion
- brushing teeth
- brushing hair
- doing makeup
- playing peekaboo
- habits, mannerisms

Good and bad things can be learned from observing. Children are very susceptible to learning things observationally. Babies can learn to talk and walk from watching parents. If the kids have parents that smoke or drink they could be more likely to do the same when they are older. Cooking can be learned by watching the person cook something. Children also learn to share by watching their peers share and get rewarded.

Observational learning is by watching others and processing what you are seeing others do and can learn from that.

Examples:
- Children watching their parent fold laundry. Showing they will pick up the clothes and fold them.
- One is hide-seek. If one kid joins and doesn't know how to play watching the other kids play and seeing how quickly you can learn the basics.

Observational Learning would be learning how to walk, read, speak, or ride a bike, it all has to do with observing what others around you are doing; which could be your friends or parents. you're imitating what you see and hear, which also affects your behavior, whether good or bad.
