Most parents will tell their kids to do a chore or help out around the house and the kids completely disregard what their parents say. The most usual results of the arguments are the kid ends up regretting what they did and the parents are more and likely mad. When I disagree with my parents I just agree with them after a while so I don't have to argue because I do not like conflict whatsoever. In Act 3 scene 5, Juliet and her father argue about Juliet's refusal to marry Paris. Her father then goes on and says he is going to disown her. The argument ends by Juliet agreeing to marry Paris, but goes behind her father's back and fakes her own death. In the text it states, "You're not really giving me any thanks or showing me any pride."
