Each Participant may choose what room they want to join. Here are the choices:

LuzNCR
Visayas
Mindanao

Each Break out room group should assign a FACILITATOR and a NOTE TAKER. They will be assigned to report to the Plenary what they have gathered among their group members.

Each breakout session will last about 15-20 minutes and all will have to be brought back to the plenary automatically.

A one minute grace period will be given to wrap up the break group sessions.

NOTE: 
You may leave the ROOM and re join the Plenary when needed.

The Notetakers may leave the Breakout room to the plenary if he/she is tasked to call on a resource speaker in their breakout group.
