Padlet Brainstorm Reflection: Making these connections helped me see how all the sources support each other in different ways. Some focus on physical health, others on mental health, and others on how cities are part of the problem. Putting quotes together made it easier to see how one idea leads into the next. For example, Ducharme talks about rethinking daily habits, and Sallis shows how the environment can support that. It gave me a clearer view of how to organize my essay by grouping the body paragraphs into problems, benefits, and solutions instead of treating them all separately.
