         <title>Innovation of the Lie Detector</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-The first real functioning and reliable Lie Detector was created in 1921 by John Larson<br><br>-This new working invention of the Polygraph functioned by reading a person's <br>blood pressure, respiratory rate, and pulse rate. The Polygraph recorded the information on a rotating drum of smoke paper, which would determine if you were telling the truth or telling a lie.<br><br>-John Larson's invention would help with determining whether criminals or anybody being accused under the law for a crime or act they committed. It would help provide more hard facts and evidence to criminal investigation by a rightful conviction.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Also about how much the economy prospered but yet how nobody realized how corrupt it was underneath, The inventions were pretty interesting and how they came to be. For me what peaked my intrest the most is about the culture and society, and how the African Americans were able to make it big in a way with music.</div>]]></description>
