J'aime mettre en mode "travail", loin de mes tâches familiales et ménagère. Si c'est possible, je vais probablement même prendre mon déjeuner sur place en planifiant ma journée. Prendre le temps de tisser des liens avec les collègues en dehors des tâches de travail. Et juste pour éviter le stress inutile d'avoir peur d'arriver en retard, ça me laisse plus d'énergie pour les choses sérieuses.
