I agree because kids start out less attached to mobile devices. After one generation of electronics comes out everyone gets more attached because the electronics are getting better and better. After all that phones, tablets, iPods and computers start getting better only because of the new softwares and new updates. Kids should not even be having a phone at this early of an age. They should be playing with toys and engaging with their family, but you also have to think about us being addicted to our phones and tablets at the age of thirteen. We do not even care about the outside world anymore.
