I realized that sometimes I did not practice positive descipline to my pupils,specially those nauthy one...
I also realized that my experience when I was a student.should not be experienced by my pupils the way my teacher impose descipline to me..now I realized that we can still descipline our pupils /student In a positive manner..
During this pandemic,I'm not only practicing as a teacher sometimes I become a preacher when there was a time during my home visitation and it so happened that my students father had passed away..I gave some inspirational words to the family.finally it works their students continue their studies..
There many times even late in the evening.some of the parents ask me about the activities in the modules..

Every feeling that we're having may radiate and affect whoever surrounds us, most commonly, our students. Thus, self-care is really important. Training ourselves to deal with possible stressors effectively makes a difference. As for the students, I, as much as possible, and I must admit, discipline them in a way that they do their task properly because they wouldn't want to mess up with me. I realize that I shouldn't entirely capitalize on that. It may work, but certainly, there are effects that we may not like or worse, control. Of course we don't like these unacceptable effects to be attributed to us, teachers, because it may lead to other problems.
