Most towns were ruled by them as they were the previous owner through their large armies. They ruled most Europe for 507 years until the of the Romans. During this time, some key languages included Greek, Latin, and Hebrew. However, written communication was common for high-class people to show wealth and status. They would send letters in order to show that they could spend their money on services others could not afford. People and products were moved by giant wheels holding carts of things. Prisoners and slaves carried these wheels as punishment or a job. Some cultural and of the time included; Jews, Hebrews, Galileans, Christians, Corinthians, and Romans. Paul has raised a strict Jew and received an education unlike many people of the time. In Acts 21: 37- 22:21, we hear about Paul's which his calling to become a Christian. Paul explains that he saw a very bright light, Jesus then told him to go see a man named Ananias who would cure his blindness and baptize him. Therefore it was so very deep that Saul became a Christian because as a Jew, he abused Christians. When he first made his, people believed that he was trying to trick them in order to round them all up. He first started his missionary trip in Seleucia where he prepares to sail to the next city. Then he visited Salamis where he stood outside a and preached the word of God (Acts 13:5). Next, he continued travelling south-west of the island until he arrived into Paphos where he became the leader of his missionary group. Travelling across the Mediterranean Sea to Perga, Antioch, and Iconium, this is where he converted many Jews and (non-Jewish people) into Christians. Next, he visited Lystra, where he converted much more people to Christianity, and in doing so they announced him a God. He was then found by some enemies, stoned and left for dead. However, when all the local students were gathering around him, he simply stood up and continued on his way to Derbe. After preaching there, he followed his path returning to all the towns he went through, priests in every community. I believe that this message is very important for us today because there is so much conflict in the world. To resolve these issues we need to stop discriminating and let go of all the bad that we have about people. We need to understand that God see's us as equals that are apart of his Kingdom.
