Not having public transport can affect them because not having a car can make you late to school. Also not having public transport can help you enjoy your surroundings and where you are. But Niue does have Airplanes and Boats. Niue does have some indigenous tools such as Toki uli and Toki Ngenge. Toki uli and Tonki ngenge are tools that are  used to cut away the surface of something.
