The setting is affecting the characters because when they go to lunch a girl walks in and everyone’s eyes went on her, everyone stopped to stare at her. This girl walking in the lunch room at that moment affects the other characters because they were talking and eating doing there own thing and then everyone was watching her every move and it says “She stopped at a empty table.” And one kid describes they way she looked and what she was wearing and they wouldn’t stop getting distracted by the girl. And right when she walked I’m all eyes went straight to her and everyone stopped eating food and just stared. The setting was about a normal school day and everyone eating lunch. But then the setting changed straight away when the new girl walked in, and now the setting is different and no one really likes the new girl but I think they need to meet her first before thinking weird things about her. I think this because when she walked into the lunch room some kids described the way she looked and others talked to her as she walked into the lunch room and sat down. My sister is like this because wherever she goes she always knows someone there. If she goes to the store or anything like that she always ends up talking to someone she knows or people come up to her and say hi because they are friends or they know each other. So wherever my sister goes she gets distracted by the people she sees wherever we are at and this girl probably got distracted because everyone was looking at her.

If I was this girl who walked into the lunch room I would feel kinda embarrassed and confused at the same time. I would feel embarrassed because I wouldn’t know why everyone was staring at me and talking about me when I walked in. And I would feel confused because I would wonder why everyone was staring at me and talking about me.
